All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in effect at the time of your order. As part of the acceptance process, we will validate the price stated on your order.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate at all times. However, if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the correct price of the product is higher than the price stated in your order, you will have the option to either proceed with the purchase at the revised price or cancel your order.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment is taken at the time of order placement. This measure protects us from card fraud. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you choose not to proceed with your order, we will issue a full refund.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Delivery options will be clearly outlined before you complete your order.

Any delivery times or dates stated on our website or in confirmation emails are estimates only. Puresoft Water Solutions Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified timeframe but does not accept liability for delays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet advertised delivery times, but actual delivery is often handled by third-party suppliers and carriers, which may be beyond our control. Incorrect personal details may lead to delivery delays, so please ensure your address, including postcode and contact details, are accurate.

UPON DELIVERY

Delivery is considered successful once the product arrives at the specified address. No signature is required unless mandated by the carrier. Products may be left at the delivery address without prior consent, except where third-party suppliers require a signature. Once received by you, your agent, or the intended recipient, the products become your responsibility, and any loss or damage thereafter is at your own risk.

For deliveries to locations such as schools, clubs, or business premises, the signature of an authorized recipient will be accepted as proof of delivery. If delivery is refused and rescheduled, additional charges may apply. The recipient is responsible for signing for the correct number of packages. Shortages should be noted on the delivery note where possible and reported to us within 10 days. If boxes appear damaged, we recommend inspecting the contents before signing.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We strive to provide excellent customer service. If an issue arises, we will work to resolve it. If you prefer to cancel or amend your order, please contact us.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for any reason. If you cancel via telephone, your order will be placed on hold until we receive written confirmation via email. The order is not considered canceled until we receive written notification.

If the products have already been dispatched, you may be responsible for carriage and administration fees. We recommend checking the order status before requesting cancellation. Any applicable charges will be communicated before confirming the cancellation.

RETURNS

Before arranging a return, please read the following carefully.

You may return any delivered product within 14 working days of receipt. To do so, you must notify us in writing via email or post within this period. If you are returning a product, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
– The delivered product is incorrect or does not match its description.
– The delivered product is not of satisfactory quality.
– The product arrives damaged or faulty, and you notify us within 7 working days.

If a product arrives damaged, please note this on the carrier’s delivery consignment note if possible. We will replace the item, affected parts, or issue a full refund. If a product becomes defective beyond 7 working days, Puresoft Water Solutions Ltd, at its discretion, may repair, replace, or partially refund the item.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for products that have been altered, customized, or treated with chemicals or paints. While in your possession, returned products must be kept in good condition. They must be returned in the same state as delivered, with flat-packed items returned in their original packaging. Improperly packed returns that result in damage may lead to a reduced refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 30 days. If exchange rates apply, refunds will be issued in euros at the current exchange rate. We are not responsible for any losses or gains due to currency fluctuations between the order and refund date.

GENERAL TERMS

We may assign, transfer, or subcontract any of our rights and obligations under these terms. We may also update these terms periodically, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the remaining provisions.

These terms do not confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
