How it works

A faster way to diagnose the job

Many water-treatment products look similar but use different filters, lamps, control valves and settings. Identifying the exact equipment before arranging a visit avoids wasted journeys and incorrect parts.

Service questions

What customers usually ask

Service intervals and requirements depend on the equipment, water quality and usage.

Does a water softener need an annual service?

Not necessarily. A correctly operating metered softener may not require a formal annual service, but it should be checked if salt usage changes, hardness returns, regeneration fails or a fault develops.

How often should reverse-osmosis filters be changed?

For many domestic systems, a full filter service is carried out around every 18 months. Actual timing depends on usage, incoming water quality and the specific filter arrangement.

How often should a UV lamp be replaced?

Most domestic UV lamps are replaced every 12 months because their effective UV output reduces even when the lamp still appears to be illuminated.

Do you service systems installed by another company?

Sometimes, provided we can identify the equipment and obtain the correct parts. Send clear photographs before arranging a visit.

Can you send replacement filters without visiting?

Yes. We supply many replacement cartridges, UV lamps, housings, media and spare parts nationwide. Exact identification is important before ordering.

Should a private-well system be tested again?

Yes, where treatment performance is uncertain or the original analysis is old. Post-treatment testing is the only reliable way to confirm that the system is achieving the required result.

Need filters, parts or a service visit?

Send your location, system photographs and a description of the issue. We will advise the most sensible next step.
